Carbon Peeling by Laser
Carbon peeling is a procedure made with Q-switch Nd Yag laser that is based on the removal of the carbon mixture applied to the skin with laser.
The procedure of the laser together with the carbon mixture enhances the effect of heat and sound waves emitted by the laser. With this effect, the production of collagen in the skin increases, the skin rejuvenates, the pores shrinh and tighten, a smoother and healthier skin is observed.
How does it work?
Depending on the disintegrating effect of the Q-switched Nd: YAG laser on melanin pigment in the skin, the skin tone is brightened, face is lightened and skin spots are visibly reduced.
How is it applied?
Before applying the laser, a mixture of carbon is applied to the skin surface. The carbon mixture is allowed to stand for 15 minutes, being absorbed by the pores. The skin surface is then scanned for approximately 10 minutes and the application is terminated.
Is it painful?
